TYPES OF YOGA
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a creative practice where you flow through sequences. Playfully stretch and reinforce your body, energize your mind, embracing the balance between effort and ease. Breathe deeply, relax fully and let this journey uplift your spirit and strengthen your body. All levels
Hatha
Discover a sequence where you hold each posture for several breaths to guide you to deeper concentration and to ground yourself. Feel the power of isometric movements as they strengthen your body. No chatturanga push-ups. Mindful breath exercices and soothing relaxation. All level
Yin Yoga
Sink into the serenity of slow, deep tissues stretching as you hold postures for several calming breaths. Feel the gentle release as you target the body's connective tissue, enhancing your mobility and inner focus. Let your breath guide you deeper, leading into meditation. All levels.
Mobility Flow
Mobility is a dynamic and mindful practice designed to free your joints and unlock your body’s potential. Flow through functional movements that enhance flexibility, stability and strength. Playfully explore your range of motion, ease tension, and discover fluidity in every gesture. All levels.
Slow Flow
A gentle practice with slow movements and conscious breathing. Move with awareness through smooth, grounded sequences that cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Each posture is an invitation to connect with your body and the present moment.All levels.
ABOUT ME
Hey! I’m Colette, a passionate and certified yoga teacher (RYTT350) from France, living in Morocco since 2019.
I offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Mobility Flow, and Yin classes in group sessions, private lessons, and tailor-made retreats (from a single day to several days), in English and French.
My classes are designed to inspire and support you, helping you deepen your connection with your body and cultivate calm and well-being.
With good vibes and fun, I create a practice that is both energizing and soothing, always adapted to how you feel in the moment.
My goal is for you to leave each class with a big smile, feeling grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself.
